I'm a final-year student majoring in Educational Technology at State University of Jakarta. I've had a variety of experiences, beginning with learning sector how to use technology to enhance performance through mentorship, coaching, or training. Furthermore, I participated in a lot of campus projects that focused on using technology to enhance learning or simply known as a instructional designer. Additionally, I have a lot of experience working as a freelancer and have worked on projects for private companies to create modules, books, or other learning resources.
In general, educational technology does pick up on the principles of learning and the learning process. Therefore, the focus of educational technology majors is to improving performance organization and schools through facilitating learning.
Projects Books
I'm showcasing some of my prior work in this book creation effort. According to the requirements for various kinds of books, I work on some of these books either alone or in teams. Different steps will be taken depending on the consumer when creating a book. Creating illustrations, setting up the layout, or just compiling the book could be all that is required. It frequently begins with the planning, organizing, writing, and continues through the ISBN submission step.

Creating Microlearning Videos to improve capacity civil servant in public policy
Like before, Under the production house A3 Production, my team and I were entrusted with working on microlearning videos related to public policy for the benefit of civil servants in increasing competency. The process of working on the video starts from storyboard brainstorming to revision at the final stage. In this project, it is not just video production that is carried out, but many things related to administration, reporting, and discussions with officials. It's an unforgettable experience.

Technology Literacy to Make Learning Materials
Community Empowerment in South Utan Kayu Village, East Jakarta.
The Head of the Study Program gave me the authority to plan community empowerment events when I was a college student. Since I didn't have much time to prepare, I began working on administrative tasks including obtaining permits, creating attendance records, issuing certificates, and other related things. Aside from that, my lecturer assisted me in participant analysis, resource organization, and learning media creation. Remember to get the assignments, tests, and evaluations for this activity ready.
Community Service for Elementary School Teachers
Community Service for elementary school teachers in Makassar District, East Jakarta.
Together with my lecturer, I complete this community service project for teacher. With an emphasis on increasing teacher proficiency in creating infographics for learning. Since my lecturer has other commitments, I handle all administration, media, and module-related tasks on my own. There are four series of activities in this activity, which lasts for one month.

Being a part of a faculty-level organization with a diverse group of members with various majors is a lot of fun. Additionally, I am constantly working to help pupils become more capable through training. Of course, a needs analysis is necessary as a student training organizing committee before the evaluation procedure. Work as a team, become a most favorite things when i'm being part of the organization.
HMP TP UNJ
I place a lot of value on organization at the study program level. There, I gained a lot of knowledge about teamwork, responsibility, and professionalism. In addition, I discovered how to organize an event, be it a contest, webinar, or training. Additionally, administrative skills are also the foundation for planning events. The following are a few of the activities that I am involved in as a committee:
